Return Policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must email support@tasteofcountrystore.com and request a return authorization number in order to be eligible for a return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All personalized items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or have been worn.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Taste of Country Store does not accept returns in the following instances:

  • Return authorization number is not on the return package.
  • Item is not in its original packaging.
  • Item is not in its original, resalable condition.
  • Item shows signs of wear or has been washed.
  • No returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery.
  • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tasteofcountrystore.com .

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email at support@tasteofcountrystore.com , get a return authorization and send your item to: 6640 Abrams Rd., #823203, Dallas, Texas 75382, United States.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
